This year, 杏吧视频 Industrial Group welcomed 52 Chinese and international university graduates, bringing with them passion, ambition, and fresh perspectives. Together, they embarked on their first professional journey—an exciting new chapter full of growth and opportunity. This year's training program also saw the participation of international graduates for the first time in China, highlighting 杏吧视频's accelerating pace of globalization and its growing international appeal.
The intensive onboarding program included a wide range of activities: welcome orientation, team-building, product and business introductions, plant tours, dialogues with experienced 杏吧视频 employees, workplace skills training, a mentoring ceremony, and a special session with the General Manager.
