Throughout June and July, the service team carried out an intensive round of client visits, focusing on on-site diagnostics, issue resolution, and performance optimization. To date, the team has visited over 85% of its customer base, resolved 70+ on-site issues, and collected 50+ valuable suggestions from clients.
